BS Zoology has been designed to meet the rapidly changing world. This subject has significant role in human resource development, food security, environmental conservation, sustainable development and ultimately in alleviation of poverty.

The program is solidly grounded in the basic sciences (general biology, chemistry and math) needed to understand the latest research in the biology of animals. It also allows a wide range of choice in upper level animal biology courses permitting students to tailor their degrees to their particular interests within zoology. Students will just have to attend the university lab once in a year for a period of three weeks only, while rest of the time they can study online at their own houses.
